Jobs are booked into the system by your Sales Team and/or your Account Handlers. From their own desktop they have full control over the particular specification of the job, based on the instructions provided by your clients; printer selection, define substrate and media requirements, set quantities, add special instructions, expected completion dates etc. |

The Job is then passed to the Scheduling module which is normally under the control of the Production Manager. This module is the Control Centre of Webtrack, with administrative control over every other module. All aspects of your production can be prioritised, scheduled, allocated to operators in any department, flag jobs in case of problems, and more. |

Jobs will have been passed to named prepress operators by the Production Manager. They can then ‘prep’ artwork for printing, adding colour corrections, check fonts etc. The individual user control within Webtrack serves as an ‘audit trail’ showing who has worked on each job, this offers complete tracking of responsibility in case of mistakes in any department. |

Jobs are passed to the Printroom either by Prepress, or by the Production Manager. At this point specific instructions will exist in terms of setting such as number of tiles, RIP profiles, required resolution, target media and more. Again at any point jobs can be collated together or re-scheduled to ensure optimal use of printers that are loaded with a particular media. |

From the Printroom jobs pass on to Finishing with clear instructions of the work required. Complete module customisation allows for control over individual operators and machines for mounting, laminating, encapsulating, die cutting, hemming, eyeletting and more. Again the Production Manager has the ability to change job priority for optimal productivity. |

The Despatch module helps to ensure correct packing, addressing and shipment of your finished jobs. You will find the at-a-glance overview of your entire production process that is made possible by Webtrack, allows for planning of deliveries to avoid duplicate trips, collating deliveries by region, and ultimately streamlines your whole distribution and delivery process. |
| Finally Webtrack can even generate an invoice, or as is more commonly required, has the ability to export all jobs as a CSV file for import into your preferred Invoicing & Accounting software. |
